The funnel

At Tempest North, we carefully plan and allocate resources. Finding the right talent is important, but ensuring it's a good fit and long-lived is much more crucial.

Accumulation

Touch point; Job Listing. It all starts here, a clean and to the point job listing that is propagated through channels.

Reviews

This gets funneled through our internal tools so we can further analyse the responses, the frequencies and the performance we’re getting and if the listing needs tuning. Once the responses start accumulating we start sifting through candidates and seeing who is a good fit.

Onboarding

After the initial candidates are presented, and the final meeting is over we’ll start the onboarding process. Tempest North hopes to completely overhaul this part in time. While not feasible at the beginning of our contract - in time we aim to reduce the clients part of the onboarding process to a simple “hello, I’m your manager - let’s get going”.

Training

Training is one of our core assets. We look at talent through different lenses; and accumulated skill is not the top priority. On a case by case basis; driven individuals with the right mindset are enrolled through various training programs to help them get ready for new challenges.

Engagement

We deploy a wide array of engagement tools. Feedback loops that will enable quick discovery and fast action. Monthly 1-on-1’s with employees to keep track of overall happiness (internal point system). eNPS systems working alongside these methods for deeper analysis capabilities.

We believe in long term solutions. Tempest North works with no upfront fee and no “onboarding fee” for employees. our business model is built on top of monthly recurring revenue sharing model with our talent.

Career paths.

Tempest North is not in the business of hoarding talent, we truly believe that success depends heavily on everyone being fulfilled.

Some might prefer their long term goals to coincide with direct employment instead of contracting. Clients might need a set amount of time working with talent as contractors before bringing them inhouse.

We encourage career paths, we don’t see talent as “our team” and clients as “clients”. We believe in mutual benefits, and that might involve career paths which we’re %100 on board with.
